Enter the Caption Contest

CONTEST RULES

Eligibility:
The contest is open to legal residents of any jurisdiction where this contest is not prohibited by law. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry Period:
The contest begins on [start date] and ends on [end date], at [time, incl. time zone].

How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete payment of $5 USD via [payment method] and submit their captions via the official entry form. Each paid entry allows up to three captions.

Judging Criteria:
This is a skill-based contest. Submissions will be judged on creativity, originality, and relevance to the cartoon. Decisions of the judges are final.

Prize:
One winner will receive a prize of $100 USD. Prize is not transferable and will be awarded via [PayPal/another method].

Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified by email within [X] days after contest close and will have [X] days to claim the prize.

General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of the judges. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, including non-compliance with the rules.
